Flower and the Bee Blanco 2013
Distinctive, full of flavour and pizzaz. This richly textured white from Northern Spain is a real charmer.
Producer: Coto de Gomariz
The white Flower and the Bee wine is as delicious as the red. Treixadura is not that fun to say, but its plenty of fun to drink! Ribeiro is to the Eastern edge of the Galician region of Spain. These wines are produced as naturally as possible with no additions, and it shows in the incredibly pure finished product. There’s a real herbal edge to the ripe peach, green apple and apricot flavours. Intense, but so fresh and full of vitality.

Deep yellow/gold colour, this is a lovely full-flavoured white wine. Powerful flavours of herbs, pears and white peach, with some apricot and spice notes. Real presence, but not at all heavy. Just lovely fruit intensity, and amazing freshness. Drink now. 92/100
